  • Handling daily expenses and preparing weekly, monthly or quarterly reports

  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports

  • Screen and direct phone calls, taking messages 

  • Organise and maintain the office and the virtual filing system

  • Deal with your phone, broadband contracts and associated admin
